chocolate milk fudge
ingredients:
1 pound of choc chips (~450gram)
4 tbs of butter
3/4 can of condensed milk (~300ml)
instructions:
- fill a pot with lil' bit of water.. when water starts boiling, lower the heat till water is only simmering..
- put all 3 ingredients into a metal bowl, then put metal bowl over the pot so tat it'll heat up by the steam(so tat the choc won't get burnt).. slowly stir the contents till it melts..
- while waiting for the contents to melt, grease a ceramic/glassware(coz it's super duper hard to get the fudge out from the pan or wat-so-ever u're using.. and u'll tend to scratch it if it's metal..)
- when contents in the metal bowl has melted, pour it into the container tat's prepared.. after letting it cool down for couple of mins, u can chuck it into the fridge for bout an hour to set..
- once it's set, u can start stuffing urself with the fudge.. hehehe =D
outcome of my fudge:
well, honestly speaking.. it tasted just like a big blob of choc bar.. *sinful~~* then again, i dunno how's a fudge suppose to taste like *scratches head*.. so i'd suggest to put some crushed nuts.. or maybe eat it with icecream..
next thing to try - marshmallows!!!
