Colliers cafe

met up with melvin yesterday for lunch, coz he had to pass me some letter for river cruise's sponsorship.. we decided to drop by at colliers cafe at karawara.. (back in college, we were crazy enough to take a bus from murdoch all the way to curtin just to haf a taste of the 'bak kut teh' sold at colliers cafe.. to think back, the bak kuk teh wasn't really tat nice after all.. i mean aldren himself can whip up a mean bak kuk teh if he wants to now.. anyway, off the point)

at the cafe...
waiter: today's speacial is curry chicken and wan ton noodle soup..
me: oh, i'll have the wan tan noodle soup..
waiter: fish or beef balls?
me: fish would do.. (ooo~ got wan ton still got fish ball.. not bad ah..)
melvin: i'll have the bak kuk teh..

waiter serves our food...
i look at my bowl of noodles with small chunks of chicken and bits of veggies together with a bowl of soup with 2 fish balls inside.

me: mel, u see the wan ton??
mel: er, nope.. dunno leh.. maybe u should ask them..

so i did... and the waiter came...

me: em, is this the wan ton noodle soup??
waiter: yeap..
me: oh, ok.. just wondering where's the wan ton??
waiter: *gives me a funny look and pointed at the fish balls* u've got ur fish balls there..
me: *gives mel a funny look* oh ok..

kena tipu.. wan ton noodle soup without the wan ton..
i wan kon lou meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee T_T
